Blast from the past – remember packet radio?
Still has some use today – You need to do your own checking but off the top of my head it could be used to set up a fixed-station APRS digipeater or to track local packets on VHF. Can transmit and receive CW (audio), including using it as an iambic paddle keyer.
Case is scratched up, the rest looks ok.
Was assured it was working but has sat for a long time so sold as is – unless I get time to play with it, then I’ll update the description.
